«The Free Muslim» Group secretary – General, Al – Shaikh Mohammad Taki Bakir, which is – the group – a shiitic Islamic group raising the nonviolence slogan, said in a telephone call to «Al – Sharq Al – Awast:

Al – Sayid Mohammad Hussain Fadhlallah had opinions and views about some historical events, some of them saw that these opinions are inconsistent with the shiitic authority views which existed in Iran, according to that and as in every sect there are extrimists who attempt to rise troubles and confusions between the sect and the religious scholars, in this situation, some of these strict, move in such subject to obtain ligal opinions from some authorities in order to support his faiths.

And this is not a new matter, in the past such as these matters have occurred during an earlier historical periods some or them had associated some what with the political side like.

The conditional and the legislated in Iran since more than 50 years which made a great chaos between Al – Shaikh Mohammad Kadhim Al – Yazdi the composer of «Al – Urwatulwuthka» encyclopedia and Al – Shaikh Al – Noor: which ended in desblieving Al – Shaikh Al – Noori and hanging him in Iran, and of course there is no comparison between the two subjects and in disregard the right of each of them (Al – Shaikh Al – Noori and Al Sayid Fadhlallah) in the views that he offers. So what we are interested of is the cancellation of the violence and extremism.

Al – Shaikh Bakir added: According to our conception in «The Free Muslim» Group which aims to support the nonviolence the defence in all Shiiti areas firstly, then the defence of the Islamic entity secondly, we see that it is suitable to send a gratitude and regard letter to the Shiitic authority Al – Shaikh Mirza Jawad Al – Tabrizi who in his refraining from issuing a legal opinion against Al – sayid Mohammad Hussain Fadhllahah who has fiddled the opportunity away on those who are interested in violence and attempted to rise the troubles between the clergymen and the Shiite sect.

This contact come from «Al _ Shark mentioned in the tenth number from the news bulletin which issued from the Free Mulsim Group related gratitude letter which was sent by the secretary – General to the religious authority Al – Shaik Al Mirza Jawad Al – Tabrizi in Iran. «The Free Muslim» Group is glad to offer your highness the greeting and gratitude on what have you under taken in fidding the opportunity away on everyone who tries to damage the Islamic religion and describign it with violence and the other opinion seizure, due to you refraining from issuing a legal opinion in killing Al – Sayid Mohammad Hussain Fadhllahlah in return of some matters which arise from him which damage some of the Shiitic postulates and beliefs.

So your disagreement on issuing such legal opinion put before the eyes of those who attempt to obtain it a precious lesson in neglecting the violence in setting the matters and this is what the right Islamic religion neglect.
