The 2020 Davos World Economic Forum will be held in an era that is described by instability and injustice. The irresponsible policies of some countries of the world contributed to aggravating matters and creating costly turbulence and conflicts the world continues to pay its tax, which was reflected in the form of wars, fighting, economic collapses and social destabilization that crystallized in the form of insecurity, loss of homelands and continuous migration from developing countries to the developed world.

Displaced individuals, minorities, and those who suffer from human rights violations in their countries would have to leave everything behind in order to save the lives of their loved ones. Economic gain and steady pace forward for some of the world economic giants have been ensured through the suffering of minorities or ethnicities.

We urge world superpowers to emphasize on the importance of developing inclusive societies instead of applying a policy of my-way-or-highway. Country officials are father figures for their societies and should act in a caring matter when it comes to addressing internal turmoil. Failure to adhere to certain circumstances only brushes the obstacle to the side, but do not address it.

Freemuslim’s Inclusion Forum asks honorable country statesmen and women to look at obstacles with a lens of finding long-term solutions. Prosperity and advancement can be achieved together, even though it may take longer, but it is possible.
