The Un-Islamic State (ISIS) has prosecuted more than 110 civilians in the two villages in Syria in the short 20 days it has had control over the two villages.

On Monday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed that the organization executed “more than 116 civilians out of revenge, accusing them of working for the forces of the regime” during the 20 days that took control of the town since the beginning of this month until Saturday. The Jihadi organization has suffered successive defeats in Syria and Iraq in recent months. It was also expelled last week from the city of Raqqa, the main stronghold of an attack by the Syrian Democratic Forces, a coalition of Kurdish and Arab factions.

However, the organization committed horrific reprisals in the areas under its control, including mass executions and warheads. On August 27 and 28, 2014, jihadists executed more than 160 Syrian soldiers after taking over the base of the air class in the province of Al-Rigga.

On December 17, 2014, residents found a mass grave in the town of Deir al-Zour containing the bodies of 230 of their relatives who were executed by the organization, all members of the Shuaite tribe that were fighting against it in the eastern part of the province. More than 900 members of this clan have died, according to the Syrian Observatory.

On May 25, 2015, the Observatory confirmed that the organization had executed at least 217 people in nine days, including 67 civilians, including children, in the eastern region of Homs, including the city of Palmyra.Between June 25 and 27, jihadis killed more than 200 civilians, including women and children, in the city of Kubani.
