Freemuslim’s Inclusion Forum emphasizes on importance of freedom of public protest as an Islamic right, and a basic human right. Use of force while confronting protestors only escalates the circumstances and fuels the fire beneath the ashes. Public protest are basic rights of any citizen, and that right should be honored, and ease of public ventilation should be facilitated by authorities and proper space for demonstration to be given. Demonstrations help convey general public’s voice to state authorities as long as they are carried peacefully.
Freemuslim Association warns people, as protestors, to carry out demonstrations peacefully and away from any violence.
